The following scenarios apply to fitment:
EGR Fitment Purchased at Checkout
If fitment was purchased with your product, our Customer Service Team will be in contact with you to arrange both the delivery and fitment of your EGR product at a mutually agreeable date and time.
No EGR Fitment Purchased
If no fitment was purchased with your product, standard delivery will apply as shown in the shipping policy below. You will be solely responsible for arranging fitment.
We use Mainfreight, CEVA, StarTrack and Australia Post services for our postage requirements.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
We DO NOT ship to locations that require a ferry service.
We offer free shipping to most addresses throughout Australia. We offer 2 options at the checkout 1). Authority To Leave and/or 2). Signature Required. If you choose Signature Required you MUST be present on arrival. If you are not present and your item is returned to the depot, you will have to arrange redelivery with EGR at your own expense
In general, most items on EGR Auto are made to order and a lead time applies. You will be updated with a delivery time frame once your order is placed. Current lead times are as follows:

** Above dates are standard lead times, but can increase based on high demand periods.
Possible delays to your order
Due to the impacts of Covid-19 and the high volume of parcels in the postal / courier network, possible delays of up to 10 days can be expected. We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience at this time.
If your order has exceeded the delayed time frame above, we ask that you lodge an inquiry directly with the service that is shipping your delivery (provided with your tracking number) or get in touch with our friendly team 1300 320 338
Delivery times are provided as an estimate only.
Please note, some customers may experience longer delivery times during the Christmas to New Year period.
We do not deliver to international addresses at this point in time.
